At LMR we understand how much your vehicle means to you. That's why we take extra care when shipping your goods to you. We wrap and box your goods so that you receive them in the condition that they left our workshop. Should there be any problems at all with your delivery, please get in touch immediately so that we can sort the issue out.
We stock most of our parts, so you'll receive your order in 3-5 days.(usually next day)
Should you order something that is out of stock we will email you to advise how long it is going to take to source.
Should there be a problem with your item, please get in touch immediately so that we can allocate a Returns Number where one is needed.
We will ensure your product is repaired, replaced, partly refunded or fully refunded solely at our discretion within a reasonable period of time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the distance selling regulations act you have the right to return any item purchased to us within 7 working days from receipt. Customers are responsible for all postage costs of returned items and must ensure all items are packed securely and returned to us in the same condition they were received.
